I developed several tools that are set up through Google Forms and Sheets.  These include dashboards, trackers, assessments, landing pages and Profile builders that retrieve data through multiple data sources across multiple sheets using advanced sheet functions such as Importrange, transpose, query, and vlookup.

I also trained the upcoming Customer Support Personnels for various global brands according to the customer care standards of the client brand and of the vendor. Having exposed to Sales and Retention in the early years of my BPO career, I've developed a strong ability to negotiate contract terms, purchase, pricing and more. I am able to handle objections and convince prospects. I am also able to negotiate within the organization such as requesting department involvement, project ownership, and resource allocation.

I utilize social media to increase my employer's brand recognizability and recently to market by Print-on-demand designs. I market often using Facebook and Instagram. I've only started on Instagram Marketing but I've had good success and yielded better results on Facebook Marketing.

Although I received training in photoshop and illustrator, I utilize Canva and Gimp more. Regardless, I am keen on engaging designs to efficiently relay positive messages and for branding purposes. I recently started designing print arts for Print-on-Demand sites such as Teespring, Redbubble, Teepublic, and Spreadshirt. I enjoy designing and I am glad I am spending more time in the arts recently.
